The world’s first resilience association

Resilio is the world’s leading association for those interested in developing and strengthening the resilience of people and societies facing situations of adversity.
The International Association for the Promotion and Dissemination of Resilience Research is made up of researchers, academics, and practitioners. It leads reflection on the theme of resilience. It reflects, anticipates, explains, and makes pronouncements, notably through opinions or recommendations, and takes position when necessary. Its work aims to provide a framework of expertise, advice dans warnings on which public policies can be based, and more broadly to shed light on our society’s debates and choices. Resilio also supports research, is committed to the quality of actions aimed at strengthening resilience, and encourages scientific life on an international level.

What do we do?

• Resilio perdiodically organizes conferences, symposiums, congresses, and workshops on resilience.
• Resilio supports research initiatives and publications on resilience.
• Resilio develops and supports training programs on resilience.

Resilio in mainly financed by membership fees. In addition, the association benefits from endowment funds thanks to the generosity of several supporters.

Activities and programs

To support the advancement of knowledge and learning about resilience, Resilio organizes several outreach activities open to the general public, as well as specific initiatives in support of the association’s development.
